If you mean the one released today, it's closer to 6%

The 29% is of 228 people who indicated they wouldn't vote labour, out of 1000 supporters surveyed.

And half of those 228 just haven't decided who they are voting for, so they may stick with Labour anyway.

So not really a great survey to be pinning your argument on tbh.
