He is an infuriating mix of excellence and garbage

One minute does something very good, the next he looks like a pub player. If you watch our highlights he is usually involved somewhere down the line in most of the decent moves but he also gives the ball away a lot and doesn't work to get it back when he does. Also seems to spend a lot of time shouting at his team mates and falling over.

All in all, just not convinced he is currently delivering enough to justify playing Wes out wide and unbalancing the midfield in order to accommodate him behind Jerome.
