Also just back, my thoughts..

Indifferent start, when Murphy seemed to have better of Klose and looked a threat. Last twenty/twenty five minutes of first half, we controlled it, were neat and tidy on the ball and looked in a class above the scum. I suspect that if we had held out till half time we would have gone on to win comfortably. But second half was scrappy. Miss of possession, careless mistakes. In the end happy to come away with the point.
I like the Naismith/Hoolahan combination and think it will reap dividends and thought Jerome worked hard. Also Pinto (first half)and Mulumbu put in encouraging performances. McGovern looks decent. Klose also did well after struggling early on. Tettey was heavily involved but sloppy in distribution at times. Most disappointing was Brady. Not really come to the party this season. Olsson is a big miss.
Really glad I don't have to watch the Scum every week. One dimensional and if they lose Murphy for any period of time they will be in real trouble. Moreso than now.
Given that we are clearly a quality striker short, plus key injuries, I think its been a decent start. A win or even avoid defeat at Brum and go into the end of transfer window and the international break with confidence. OTBC
