Loan signings are pointless when no hope of reaching play-offs

All you do is get players in who get signing on fees and high wages, we aren't going to get promoted and then you are left with nothing to show for the money you have spent when they go back at the end of the season.

If we had a decent squad that just needed a few extras to push us that bit further to get to the play-offs, then loans would be fine. However, we don't have a good squad and I doubt a couple of loan players are going to get us to the play-offs so it will just be a waste of money.
