It's risky, bordering on reckless, not having a back up striker by now

It's clear that AN doesn't rate Lafferty & never has. The club have therefore known for 3 months now that we needed at least 2 strikers in, yet here we are several games in with just Jerome.
I know we tried hard for McCormack & I've no doubt we have been & are for others too - but it's the lack of contingency planning which worries me.
Hopefully we'll get additions in shortly & that Jerome will remain fit until such time.
