I cooked some anchovies with tomato purée, garlic & herbs. Then spread that on slices of ciabatta bread, added brie cheese, kalamata olives, slices of vine ripened tomatoes. Cooked it in the oven then added basil leaves.
I also made a Spanish omelette and some garlic mushrooms.
