GB were fairly synchronised and great execution

was also a very high difficulty dive so didn't have to be perfect and the Russians probably executed poorly

Also main comm was sympathetic towards Mexico with expert comm less so

I'd go with the latter as the light came on before they started so had time to decide to delay and only one diver did poorly
