The dose is supposed to be around 1 teaspoon per day, possibly 1 morning 1 evening, no more than that.
I eat one maybe every couple of days and that's noticeable. It doesn't give you instant wood, it just makes you feel generally more lively and definitely boosts libido.
It most certainly isn't "hokum". It's absolutely packed with vital minerals and a lot of Andean people eat it regularly.
