Colney Training Centre

Hi Y'all.
Coming to the fine City for both the Sheff and Bristol games with the family.
Is it worth visiting Colney during our stay? Are you allowed in it would we be watching from outside?
If they trained in Monday any thoughts on the timings?
Can't wait!
