Part time and hobbyist.....id rather have someone whose sole energy is for the club,not fulfilling personal dreams of "celebrity".there,I said it.:)

I think you are a bit confused. Its an nonsalaried role. It is part-time and hobbyist.

If any organisation has a CEO, the Chairman role is largely just an auxiliary title.
