Writing the secret letters to be opened only in the event of a nuclear catastrophe

or a zombie apocalypse. It's not clear to me what happens on an apocalypse which is non-zombie, but luckily the chances of that seem remote.

The letters detail action to be taken by the Poomer Keepers should the Fine City be submerged by rising sea levels or overrun by ravening hordes of the undead.

The options are, broadly:

1 - detonate a line of explosives roughly along the path of the A140, opening a channel through which waters can flow and flood whatever hell lies at the end of that cursed road

2 - starve the poomers for three days, given them the scent of s**t and decay and then let them loose. They will naturally follow that scent to 1p5wich and take appropriate poomerly action on arrival

3 - get hammered. Fuck it, might as well.

The letters are destroyed when a new CEO takes over. No-one knows what any previous NCFC CEO has written in his letter.
