Saw the guy go down

He came round the corner and he went down at the side of road. Looked exhausted. They had him sitting and he was breathing. Hope he is okay. Another fella stopped just after chunddered next to him and ran off. Yuck

As you say not something that you usually see at a 10k. My wife did it to and she said she saw about 6 people collapsed. Hope all are okay..
