Rampant Horses Street and Red Lions Street, by Debenhams. I heard the crunch/splat, and heard the assembled masses as go *gasp*, but didn't see them.

There were quite a few casualties, half-marathon amounts of casualties. I've never seen that many people passing out on a 10k. Half marathons, yes, because that is a level up in demands on the body, and does not reward unpreparedness, but not at a 10k. That was by far the warmest mass participation event I've run at.
