Sebastien Haller - scored for Utrecht against PSV yesterday

It's a longshot, but we were linked with him last season, think he came over + had a look.
Has all the right attributes - tall, strong, pretty quick, scores goals, makes assists. Think he's 23(?), was in France U-21s. Don't think he's quite ready for PL, but continues to improve.
