Fans seem convinced he will learn from his mistakes. I'm not so sure.

Has taken him a year to realise that Hoolahgan is ineffective on the left wing, that Howson is not best on right wing, and that Martin's best position is RB not CB.
His transfer dealings to date have generally been 'misses' on the pitch.
I think he has a lot to prove .....
