BRIGHTON'S PRITCHARD SNAG?

News from the Championship now and Alex Pritchard’s £8m move to Brighton looks to have hit the buffers after a last-minute bid from Norwich City, according to our sources.

Tottenham player Pritchard, who spent the back-end of last season on loan at West Brom, was due to begin a medical late last night after Brighton had agreed a fee with Spurs, as well as personal terms with the player. But the agreement appears to have been scuppered by an approach from the Canaries. We'll keep you posted on this one...
