I normally agree with you strap but....

We've had since the beginning of May to prepare for this one and perhaps even before that, as we were odds on to be relegated. It was said that most business would be done after the euros. Well, McCormack wasn't even there so if we really wanted him we've had 3 months to sort it. We're not buying euro players, apart from a free transfer for a no.2 goal keeper.
What business have we done really? Resigned players who really shouldn't still be here and who were lucky to play in the prem last year as our recruitment policy was a poor as it ever was. Brought back a few who, in the main couldn't cut the mustard at lower division clubs and a player to replace Redmond. With it looking like Olson(who can f**k off now) and Brady leaving, we will be left with an average squad of players, Wes and klose excepted. We have a board who are quite willing to accept mediocrity, which comes from being over prudent, and to be honest are quite prepared to always be "little old" Norwich, you know, that "nice" club run by Delia and family!
I for one am not looking forward to this season unless we show some intent. Risk is a major factor in business. We as a club are risk averse and therefore will always just be average and most of all boring. If the risk fails you learn and if it comes off you learn....Go on Delia take a punt ;)
