Can anyone offer advice on this situation???

Had a builder doing some work on my property who I sacked halfway through the job as I deemed it not good enough.

When he left, he left behind some equipment on my driveway. A mixer, sack barrow etc, and said he would return later that evening to collect his stuff.

10 days, and 4 separate conversations later and it's still sitting on the drive. He's repeatedly said after every conversation that he would be over late that evening to pick it up and hasn't bothered. I've asked him to confirm if he definitely does want it back and he's confirmed that he does (otherwise I suggested I'd be more than happy to dispose of it for him)

I want this stuff gone, is there anything I can do about it?
