Think you are forgetting about the third option of realism.

I probably come off as mostly pessimistic but think it's realistic to say that the club has peaked with Michael and Delia and will not advance without a massive cash injection.
Who knows though. Maybe most Norwich fans are perfectly satisfied with the current state of the club.
