Seems we are setting our sights too high and targeting players we cannot afford and then we end up with late last minute panic buys.

We all knew McCormack would cost at least £12M cos that was his previous release clause, so why offer £10M when Fulham have already let Dembele leave?

I'm not saying McCormack is the solution for us this season, we just don't know, but proven goal scorers have and always will cost good money. Its just the fact that once again we seem to be pissing about and risk losing out (rightly or wrongly) on ANs main transfer target.
