Not blaming anyone.... yet but I do think the protracted haggling over the price

(or probably more likely how the monies are paid, how much up front etc) leads to a greater risk of us being gazumped. Whether or not that haggling is justified I don't know at this stage but if it falls through I am sure we will find out. I hope it doesn't and we get him.
