Ride London

Hi Folks,

I am a bit of a lurker these days and have not posted for a long time so apologies for coming out of the woodwork with a begging request.

I am taking on the 100 mile Ride London on Sunday, i am not in the best shape and having a three week old am also not as rested as i have been but am looking forward to it none the less.
My aim is to raise as much money as possible for Tommys. Tommys are a charity that fund research into the causes of premature birth, stillbirths and miscarriages. If you have a few spare pennies and the inclination then please help me raise a few quid for this very worthy cause. OTBC.
