A year ago people would have laughed at a £20m price tag on Brady

Now he's odds on to join West Ham with Skybet and Leicester are short odds too, and this after the price tag became known. I think we will get that much or close to it with add-ons and he will leave this summer (sadly - I'd Keegan it right off if he did a Timm).

The new money will inflate everyone's price and everyone's wages.

The bubble will, eventually, burst. The TV money can't keep going up and up forever and meanwhile the clubs are becoming ever more detached from their fans (because they used to depend on their fans for a much larger share of their income than they do now). It's much more about selling a brand to a consumer base than being from and of a community now, and I don't see that changing.

Football may or may not eat itself, but the year the TV deal is only possible at "significantly less", loads of clubs will have massive liabilities in future wages sitting on their balance sheets. It won't be pretty.
