1. carpet bomb anglia square
2. re-locate market to anglia square
3. carpet bome where the market used to be
4. mono-rail to garry brookes front door
5. level off the market place where the market place used to be but has now been carpet bombed
6. install lovely old bruges style cobbled open square with nice restaurants and cafés around the perimeter that sells wine by the glass and lalovely range of ales
7. relocate ncfc to whittlingham broad on a floater
