I get your point but...

You can't realistically say that Blackburn have Premier League experience because they won it in 95 with different players, a different manager and a different, more competent board. Their last season in the Prem was a disaster and a farce and four years is a long time to be out of the Premier League when you've got financial problems and no momentum.
