And hence money supply's denied, morale smashed and they've lost many strongholds. They're fighters are being paid a fraction of what they were being paid when they were selling oil.

It will take years to eradicate them from Syria and Iraq however.

As for Europe that will not happen as quickly. There are sleeper cells all over the European countries and the rest of the world including asia, America and Africa. It will be very hard to flush them all out. But our security forces are the best in the world and they will win many battles before the war is won.
