Then last week after ParkRun it really hurt - looks like 'IT band' and advice was no running for two weeks!
That takes me up to just a few days before Run Norwich - aaaah! Not sure whether to even try and run beforehand now....
Stretching exercises ever other night and fingers crossed will be okay.... (insert sad face smiley thing)
