have just seen a video that looks genuine

bloke stood on a corner outside a McDonalds. The bloke walked with a limp to his right leg. People ran towards him as if they might be running away from something else then he opened fire with a handgun. They then ran away from him, hopefully they are OK. It is horrible that people could hurt others.

Video looks genuine cos I looked it up on google street view.
