Well here as in where I am, the Hague, which has s**tloads of european and international

institutions like NATO, UN, Europol, and of course the royal family and government of the Netherlands.

The Hague is really the capital, although Amsterdam has the official title.

I am now off to an Irish pub next door to the palace for a birthday party as it happens.
