And refs should (be allowed to) enforce delay of game players

I’d like the refs to also enforce not retreating ten yards when a free kick is awarded or attempting to delay the game by picking up the ball and then taking ages to given it back.

Simple solution, whistle goes for decision and team not awarded free kick get ten yards away from the where it’s taken and leave the ball. No exceptions apart from player injured and cannot move.

Works for hockey and both codes of rugby if players tried it there they would be carded.
