Mine's hooked up to that internet of things. My fridge, that is.

It tells me when it needs defrosting because the freezer door won't shut. And I know if the temp's set too high because the milk goes off in a couple of days. If I run out of butter, I know instantly because there's no butter in there. Bloody clever. Definitely worth the extra.
