regarding sky....

I have had a right result and so has my mother recently..... I had the full sky package tv, sports, phone, broadband and line rental... Was paying around 88 a month.

I phoned them up told them I wanted to quit and cancel. They offered me all sorts, I refused everything. I got cut off around 1 month ago now. In between getting cut off I got offers of 30 40 percent off MY TV PACKAGE ONLY... I stuck to my guns and still refused.

We'll eventually I had a call from sky, it came from the people above the people who dish out the offers.

They offered me

line rental £ 4.50 normally £18/19 a month
Full sky hd boxsets sports and now movies £30 a month for 12 months
And unlimited broadband 15/20 download speed for £5 a month
Plus £100 credit for buying films on demand or boxing etc

THEY DO NEGOTIATE THE LONGER YOU CAN LEAVE IT
