Norfolk sporting success in Germany

Norwich Triathlete Joe Skipper became the first Brit to go sub 8 hours at an Ironman distance triathlon today at the aptly named Challenge Roth in Germany. 2nd on the podium to the World Champion. His marathon was at 6:08 minute mile pace which is 19 minute Park Run pace for a whole marathon, after swimming 2.4 miles and cycling 112 miles. Insane.
