Attention Garmin users (Tricky H for example) - help

I've got the little Edge 25 on my bike which seems to work fine, even if the average speed is slower than Cyclometer on the iPhone, given the same parameters, which is a bit odd. However, on Garmin Connect it tells me my software is 3.00 and needs updating to 3.30, but on Garmin Express it's apparently 3.30, and I've synced it several times now and no change. Wagwan, homies? Can someone shed some light on this weirdness?
