Thanks for the advice, Old Man.

Definitely could have done with a few sips of the old H2O.

I just get frustrated that I'm not PB'ing every week but last week I turned my ankle so was in a bit of pain which I realise isn't good to keep running on.

Rest day tomorrow. Might buy some new trainers as whilst mine are ok, not convinced they're best for my gait.
