Last night I went on a bikeride with my 12 year old son

I was on an old cheap mountain bike and he was on his BMX.

We biked 9.1 miles in just under an hour. Pretty slow going I think but even though it hurt my thighs and my chest I enjoyed it. Hopefully it will help my overall fitness and make the running easier.

BTW my son on his BMX didn't even get out of breath and yet at some points I was literally blowing out of my mavis.
