Yet another set-back for the Tories' much vaunted British Bill of Rights

That was Letwin's job wasn't it?

Tory proposals on Bill of Rights:
2006
2010
2012
2014
After winning in 2015: "First 100 days" after election
Then: "Autumn"
Then: "November"
Then: "New year"
Then: "Spring"
Then: "after July ..."

And now Letwin's been put in the bin. I wonder if Tory voters who like the idea of a British Bill of Rights might start to catch on that the Tories are just saying stuff, but never actually doing the stuff.
