you can't have Prem quality players in the Champ

The imbalance of revenue means that players are paid far more to be reserves in Prem than they will be first team players in Chanp. Go back pre-Prem days and you could but not now. That's one of the reasons I've always been so anti Prem. The imbalance distorts the whole game and encourages investors to pick up on clubs like Bournemouth without the fan base and infrastructure.
