cycling in that there London (and/or using GPSes for by-cycling not by-carring)

has anyone got any recommendations?

am going to be cycling down to that there London in a couple of weeks - got quite a few routes people have posted on various sites, but kind of wondering if there was anything anyone uses for doing the cnetral-ish London bit?
