if you're an anti-Corbyn MP who thinks you'll either lose your seat at an election because Corbyn is PM or be deselected by Momentum, do you:
i) vote down a call for an early election in order to preserve your MP privilieges for as long as possible, or ii) think 'f**k it' and agree a snap election in the hope that the Corbyn effect isn't that bad and try to get re-elected for another 5 years before being deslected?
Personally I can't see May calling for one - the destabalistion of a GE campaign will cause more market mayhem at a time when we're trying to keep them settled.
