BTW, I am absolutely not joking about the arse business.

Find a nice looking arse that's going very slightly faster than your pace, and try to keep up with it. I owe a large part of my best ever 10k time to a lovely arse I managed to keep up with for approx the middle six kilometres.

Doesn't matter if you like lady arses or gentlemen arses, there are plenty of great arses on race day.
