It's bollocks, they haven't spent more that ?3m on anyone for about 15 years, despite

having got ?12m for McCormack - they aren't going to spend ?8m+ on one player.

They have just sold Lewis Cook so need to replace him, however they will probably either go for Osman (free) or Bridcutt (cheap or loan).
