No offence but...

...Don't you also waste a fair bit time on here writing things like 'Bitchcake monkey tilt' to people across the pond who you've never met, when you could be learning stuff? And don't you also have hobbies like following a football team and talking about their progress on message boards, time which could also be spent developing new skills? (Like, say, social skills?)

Rule number 5 in Daniel Pennac's The Rights of the Reader is 'The Right to Read Anything'. If wizards and dragons is your thing, great. If not and you prefer making people you don't know think you're a twelve year old science professor, good on you too.
