when I was in financial services we would have representatives of investment companies visit us. Sometimes they were 'umble reps parroting the company line, often they were 'igh and mighty fund managers, managing many millions. "Experts" any way you look at it. What linked all these men (because they were always well-spoken white men in shiny suits) whatever their station was their remarkable facility for being wrong. Not occasionally wrong, not wrong half the time, but wrong just about all the time. Wrong far more often than chance would indicate was likely. So when Gove spoke about people being tired of experts what he said resonated with me. Because in the financial field my personal ecperience indicates that the "experts" are actually "idiots".
But I voted remain anyway because I'm not a racist c**t.
