I went to the Sheff Wed play off final with a Wed fan (sat with the Hartlepool fans though). I was really looking forward to the day remembering the atmosphere we created when we were there and knowing that Wednesday are such a 'big' club with loads of fans. I was expecting an amazing atmosphere, but must say I was disappointed. I know I am probably a wee bit biased but the atmosphere was nothing compared to when Norwich were there. Fair enough Hartlepool did not bring many fans for them to compete with for noise volume but I tell you what, Hartlepool sang more and created more of an atmosphere than Wednesday. I've always thought Wednesday were meant to be one of those teams envied for the noise they created???

Still having said that, well done to them, they deserve to be in the Championship and good luck to them.
