It is notable that the leaders of the other countries are far less t**tish than the

Presidents of the European Institutions. I see this as being because these guys are not elected leaders of their own nations and are effectively entirely reliant on the EU project for their continued existence/importance. Several of the other leaders probably look at Cameron and think "there by the grace of god go I" plus realise that they need to work with the UK in the future.

Donald Tusk perhaps being an exception to this as he seems quite decent despite his ill timed joke about Iceland beating us which wound me up!
