She does at least seem competent

And her 'tough Tory' history will probably be needed to sell the eventual EU settlement to people who were led to expect something pretty different.
One problem with that is she was (albeit invisibly) in the 'Remain' camp, making her vulnerable to 'Leave' accusations of half-heartedness in negotiations...
