Yes. Updated 3 laptops, and have had Start Menu and Cortana issues with all 3. The Start

Menu and Cortana disappear without warning, meaning you don;t have access to the program shortcuts, unless they're on your desktop, as well as to other utilities. It's a known issue but hasn't been resolved (or hasn't been openly admitted by MS). I've done clean reinstalls in all cases, and at the moment they're working OK. These were W7 machines.
