idea for post brexit football competition

England withdraw from the Euros and set up their own international competition.

1]to always be held in England so we can automatically qualify.
2]only open to other teams ranked 100 in FIFA or lower
3] refs to be chosen from England only
4] all England players to have their own shrink before each game to ease pressure, of course other teams cannot do this.
5] all games to end automatically if England are ahead or 90 minutes

now what other rules would we need?
