I've said it before...

Our problems are not technical or talent, they're psychological.

Until we instill self belief and desire back into our players we are not even top 20 material.

While the media subsequently build up and knock down the players/manager and the players know they will return home to 100k +/week with no recourse then neither of those issues will be fixed.
